Your information

Short version: we keep what we need to send the emails you asked for, and nothing else.

Price alerts

We store your email address, the energy type, the town or utility you chose, and your alert settings. We use them only to send your alerts. We don’t sell or share them, and every email has a link to change or stop your alerts.

Supplier accounts

We store your name, work email and business details to verify your business and run your listing. Your business name, phone, website, towns and prices are public; your email address is not.

Browsing

We don’t use advertising trackers. A sign-in cookie is set only for suppliers who sign in. Your theme choice is stored in your browser.

Deleting your data

Stopping all alerts removes you from every email. To delete your record entirely, reply to any alert email.
